If you have previously set up an account but forgot your password you may reset your account. No existing visit / health form information will be lost. For validation we require you to provide your Seneca College Student ID along with your Seneca College issued email address (@learn.senecac.on.ca).  Additional information requested in this account reset process will be a password, your phone number and an account "security question".
